Settling In!

Well, we're definitely getting settled in now. Braden is doing pretty good. He had a few really rough days last week where he just didn't want to listen and wanted to make as much mischief as he possibly could. But we survived that and we're doing much better this week. It's very lonely here without our families. We really miss them! Braden prays and thanks Heavenly Father for his cousin Sienna every night. Jeremy is doing well at his job and seems to be impressing them. :) We've been doing lots of fun stuff on the weekends (and as usual, forgetting to take the camera) like going to the beach and there's a huge farmer's market here that is SO AWESOME! Some of the best produce ever! We love how pretty it is here and the people are really friendly. Just a quick Braden thing: We were at a burger place the other day and I picked up a mustard packet and showed it to Braden and asked him "what is it?" and he said : "yellow ketchup!" I had to post it so I wouldn't forget! He is just a funny kid! Hopefully he'll be getting into school before the school year ends, but who knows. They're pretty slow about things out here. We have his IEP meeting today, so we'll see how that goes.
